Can't find the hotspot: make sure your iPhone is on the same Wi-Fi as the hotspot, and that Local Network is on for Hotspot Monitor in iPhone Settings.
Can't change rooms: check the dashboard login in Settings › Hotspot Setup › Dashboard Login.
Pi helper won't install: the SSH login is the Pi's own account (often pi-star, pistar or pi), which can differ from the dashboard login.
